Group Therapy

Healing in community in Arlington, Texas.

Healing often asks to be witnessed.

While individual therapy can help you understand yourself in profound ways, there’s something uniquely transformative about healing alongside others—people who really see you and nod their head “yes!” when you speak because they’ve been there too.

At Radish, our group therapy spaces are built with intention and care. We offer small, supportive groups that meet regularly to walk through life’s seasons together—sharing, listening, laughing, crying, and learning what it feels like to be deeply seen and supported by others on a similar path.

Why Group Therapy?

Because we are wired for connection.

Because we heal in relationship.

Because sometimes hearing someone else put words to your story helps you finally exhale and feel less alone..

In group therapy, you’ll begin to notice that you’re not alone in your struggles or your hopes. You’ll build courage by showing up authentically, and compassion by witnessing others do the same. Together, you’ll practice presence, empathy, communication, and the gentle art of being human in community.

What it feels like

Our groups are collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced with care. You might process hard things, learn new ways to communicate, share stories, or simply sit in the quiet knowing that you’re not alone. Each group has its own rhythm and flavor—but all hold space for both vulnerability and growth.

Many people describe group therapy as a place where they rediscover parts of themselves that had gone quiet. Where they learn what it feels like in their body to belong again.

Possible Groups at Radish

We offer groups as they naturally emerge from the needs of our community. Some examples include:

  • Postpartum support groups – walking through the tender transition into motherhood together
  • Parenting support groups – for those navigating the messy, beautiful world of raising humans
  • Burnout recovery groups – for those ready to slow down and reconnect with what truly matters
  • Nature-based somatic experiences – grounding, movement, and shared reflection outdoors

Groups may meet weekly or bi-weekly and range from short-term (6–8 weeks) to ongoing circles.

Costs

Costs vary depending on the length and type of group. We’ll always communicate this clearly before you join—our goal is to make participation accessible and transparent.

A Note on Community

There is something sacred about building intentional community—showing up for one another, holding space for each person’s story, and realizing that healing can be both individual and collective. Group therapy at Radish is a place to remember that your growth doesn’t have to happen in isolation.
